Refund policy

Refunds on SendBulkSMS happen on their own wherever possible. You pay for messages that reach the network.

Failed messages

When a message fails, its full price goes back to your balance automatically. The refund appears in Billing next to the campaign and the report shows the reason.

Canceled scheduled campaigns

A scheduled campaign canceled before it starts is refunded in full, for every message in it.

Top-ups

Top-ups become balance in US dollars that does not expire. The balance is for sending messages and is not paid back out in money or crypto. Refunds always go back to the balance so they are ready for the next send.

First top-up bonus

The bonus on a first top-up is added together with it and is spent the same way as the rest of the balance.

Payment questions

If a top-up needs a second look, for example a different amount was sent, open a ticket from Support with the details and it is checked by hand.
