Terms of service
These terms describe how SendBulkSMS works and what we and you agree to when you use it. They are written to be read, so each section says plainly what applies.

The service
SendBulkSMS lets you send SMS text messages to mobile numbers in the countries listed on the pricing page, from the web console or the REST API. Messages are charged per segment at the rate shown for each country at the time of sending.
Your account
An account is created with an account key generated in your browser. The key is the only way to sign in, and we store only a one-way hash of it. You keep the key safe, and everything done with it counts as done by you.
Up to three accounts can be created from one network address. We may close accounts that are used to get around a limit or a suspension.
Balance and prices
SendBulkSMS is prepaid. You top up a balance in US dollars and each send is paid from it when the messages are queued. Top-up amounts, bonuses and accepted coins are shown in the checkout.
The balance is for sending messages and does not expire. It is not paid out in money or crypto; refunds for failed or canceled messages go back to the balance.
Rates can change. The rate that applies is the one shown when a message is queued, and the estimate before each send shows it.
Sending
You send only to people who agreed to hear from you or with whom you have a clear business relationship, and you follow the rules that apply to your messages where you and your recipients are. Marketing messages carry a way to opt out; the console can add one for you.
We route each message through the networks available for its destination. Delivery depends on the recipient's phone and network, and every message has a report so you can see what happened. Failed messages are refunded automatically.
The API
API keys are personal to your account and are shown once. Requests are limited per key as described in the documentation. Webhooks are sent to the URL you choose and signed with your secret.
Acceptable use
The acceptable use policy is part of these terms. Sending that breaks it may be stopped at once, and the account may be closed.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running at all times and publish live checks on the status page. We may improve or change features, and we post notable changes in the changelog. If these terms change in a way that matters, the new date at the top of this page shows it.
Contact
Signed-in customers reach us through support tickets in the console. Answers are given in the ticket.
