How does a top-up work?
A top-up takes a few minutes from start to finish, most of it waiting for the network to confirm your transfer.

Choose an amount or enter your own. The checkout opens in a window on the same page.

Pick a coin and network
The checkout shows the exact amount to send, to every decimal, and the address. It stays open for 60 minutes.

Send from your wallet or exchange
Send exactly the amount shown, on the network shown. Any wallet or exchange account works.

Wait for confirmation
The network confirms the transfer, usually within a few minutes. The checkout updates by itself.

Balance added
The amount, plus any first top-up bonus, appears in Billing as two ledger lines and is ready to spend.

Send the exact amount shown, on the network shown. The amount has a unique tail of decimals that matches your payment to your account, so rounding it can delay the match.
A small network fee is shown in the checkout and paid together with the transfer. Your balance receives the top-up amount you picked, plus the bonus on a first top-up.
